Brucella Abortus infection in cattle is an that has a strategic effect on society, especially the economic sector. This disease caused by gram-negative bacteria, namely abortion. Treatment of Infection still not effective. Therapy based immune response Infection, cytokine response, effective choice considering each type cow different dealing with Infection. The purpose writing this literature review to identify cytokines play role cattle. Method: automated PUBMED database search using keywords “Brucella Bovine”, “Cytokine”, and “Brucellosis”. Results: 11 articles are relevant meet inclusion criteria analyze Conclusion: Cytokines generally IL-1, IL-6, IL-12, IL-8, TNF-α, IFN-γ.
